Tafatafa Beach & South East Upolu
This tour departs Apia via the main Cross Island Road where our first stop is at the famous Robert Louis Stevenson Museum for a tour of this majestic site steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with fabulous views of the mountains. The scenic drive then continues through lush mountains and rainforest with a stop at the Papapapaitai Falls. After your photo opportunity, we continue to the end of the Cross Island Road to the south east side of Upolu. Driving through well kept villages, plantations and a long stretch of forestry reserve to Tafatafa Beach - a lovely stretch of white sand beach. Here you can enjoy a swim in the sparkling blue waters, sunbathe on the white sands, take a stroll on the beach or just relax in the coolness of a Samoan fale while we cook your BBQ lunch of chicken, fish, sausages with salads(potato & greens) combined with fresh bread and local seasonal fruit. After lunch we will show you how to make fresh coconut cream from Samoas ‘Tree of Life’. You will be able to sample the cream and also eat fresh coconut.
